Payment Policy

To begin purchasing from the site (www.daccai.com) or platform, you may be required to register using a valid phone number and password. It is your sole responsibility to keep such information/log-in details secure. We shall not be held responsible if such information/log-in details are provided to a third party by the customer or if any third party receives the same due to the negligence of the customer and for any loss incurred as a result of the above-mentioned incidents (unauthorized access to data).

There are two types of payment options:

1. Cash on Delivery
2. Online Payment

Cash on delivery: If the delivery location is inside Sylhet, our delivery agent will collect the cash after delivering the ordered product(s). For deliveries outside Sylhet, the customer has to pay the due amount to the courier service before collecting the product(s).

Online payment options: In Bangladesh, people can make payments using Sslcommerz Payment Gateway system. You can choose the Mobile Banking option or Card payments option according to your choice.

Are there any International Payment methods?

For international payment you can use: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, UnionPay, Dinner Club.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges. All payment information will be shown on the checkout page. Payment will include delivery charges and VAT accordingly. You will only pay the amount shown on the checkout page.

Will my information related to payment be secured?

Rest assured, we ensure the safety of your sensitive information. However, we do not retain card information to comply with regulatory guidelines. All information related to your card/bank account will be exclusively dealt with by the payment gateway. We will ensure that the 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) is verified for payment.

What if my card has been declined?

For any card decline or unsuccessful payment requests, you must contact the bank or the concerned financial institution that issued your card/ financial services. For any queries related to payment, please contact your bank/financial service provider.

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি: ডেলিভারি লোকেশন যদি সিলেটের ভিতরে হয়, আমাদের ডেলিভারি এজেন্ট অর্ডার করা পণ্য (গুলি) ডেলিভারির পরে নগদ সংগ্রহ করবে। সিলেটের বাইরে ডেলিভারির জন্য, পণ্য (গুলি) সংগ্রহ করার আগে গ্রাহককে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে বকেয়া পরিমাণ অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।

অনলাইন পেমেন্টের: বাংলাদেশে, SSLCOMMERZ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে সিস্টেম ব্যবহার করে অর্থপ্রদান করতে পারে। আপনি আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বিকল্প বা কার্ড পেমেন্ট বিকল্প বেছে নিতে পারেন।

কোন আন্তর্জাতিক পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি আছে?

আন্তর্জাতিক অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য আপনি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন: মাস্টারকার্ড, ভিসা, অ্যামেক্স, ইউনিয়নপে, ডিনার ক্লাব।

না, কোন গোপন চার্জ নেই। সমস্ত অর্থপ্রদানের তথ্য চেকআউট পৃষ্ঠায় দেখানো হবে। অর্থপ্রদানে ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং সেই অনুযায়ী ভ্যাট অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে। আপনি শুধুমাত্র চেকআউট পৃষ্ঠায় দেখানো পরিমাণ অর্থ প্রদান করবেন।

পেমেন্ট সম্পর্কিত আমার তথ্য কি সুরক্ষিত হবে?

নিশ্চিত থাকুন, আমরা আপনার সংবেদনশীল তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করি। যাইহোক, নিয়ন্ত্রক নির্দেশিকা মেনে চলার জন্য আমরা কার্ডের তথ্য ধরে রাখি না। আপনার কার্ড/ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত তথ্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে দ্বারা একচেটিয়াভাবে মোকাবেলা করা হবে। আমরা নিশ্চিত করব যে পেমেন্টের জন্য 2FA (টু ফ্যাক্টর অথেনটিকেশন) যাচাই করা হয়েছে।

যদি আমার কার্ড প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হয়?

কোনো কার্ড প্রত্যাখ্যান বা অসফল অর্থপ্রদানের  জন্য, আপনাকে অবশ্যই ব্যাংক বা সংশ্লিষ্ট আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে যেটি আপনার কার্ড/আর্থিক পরিষেবা ইস্যু করেছে। অর্থপ্রদান সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রশ্নের জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার ব্যাংক/আর্থিক পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
